Return Policy

At Gladius, we stand behind the quality of every glove we make and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we have kept our return process simple and hassle-free.

Boxing & MMA gloves

Boxing and MMA gloves are eligible for returns and size swaps under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Exchanges must be within the same model. For example, a Gladiator lace-up in 14oz can be exchanged for a 12oz or 16oz Gladiator lace-up.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition, with all tags and the Certificate of Authenticity intact.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items showing signs of wear or use.
  • Custom or personalized items, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Items returned outside the 10-day window.
  • Items not sold directly by Gladius Fighting Gloves LLC.
  • Items sold to countries outside North, Central or South America.

Accessories

All accessory sales are final, unless the item arrives with visible damage or a quality defect. Please contact our team if you believe your purchase is eligible for a return. 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at support@gladiusfight.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. We will provide a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Package your item securely and ship it using a trackable method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will confirm receipt and process your size swap or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status. Upon approval, your new item will be shipped to your address.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 10 days of receipt. Include photos and a description of the issue and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
