Return Policy

At Gladius, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We are confident you will love your pair of fighting gloves, but if for any reason you are not happy, we’ve made our return process simple and hassle-free.

We also offer easy exchanges. If you like the gloves but need a different size, you can exchange it for a smaller or bigger size within the same model. For example: if you purchased our Gladiator boxing gloves in 14oz, you can exchange them for a 12oz or 16oz pair of Gladiator gloves. 

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in barely used (1-2 trainings maximum), original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Eligible Returns and Exchanges

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Items showing signs of wear or use.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Items returned outside of the 30-day window.
  • Items that are counterfeit and not sold directly by Gladius Fighting Gloves LLC.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our support team at support@gladius.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. 
  2. Receive Instructions: We'll provide a return authorization number and detailed instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Ship Your Return: Package your item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you require assistance, our team can support you. 

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. 
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. 

Exchange Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. 
  • Upon approval, new item will be shipped to your address. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@gladius.com within 7 days of receipt. Include photos and a description of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
